What is Aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to support and strengthen multiple body systems for optimal health naturally.

The practice of aromatherapy began over 3,500 years ago with use in religion, perfume, and medicine.

What are essential oils?

Essential oils are the concentrated oil from the plant from which they were extracted. The oils capture the plant's essence and are highly potent chemical compounds.

Essential oils support the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical systems in the body.
What is emotional release?

Emotional release is the use of essential oils specifically blended to stimulate the limbic system which encourages release of emotions and memories enabling the client to work through trauma, grief, or pain.
Unresolved emotional wounds often times hinder physical healing. Emotional release helps us identify and work though those deeply buried wounds.
